Do you accept returns?


- We only accept returns on faulty or damaged items. - We check every purchase carefully before sending it out. However in the unlikely event of your item being damaged in transit, please email us with photos of the damaged products within 14 days of receipt. We'll happily replace it if we're satisfied it is damaged or faulty.




Do you ship internationally?


- Yes! We ship worldwide. - Free shipping in Serbia - Inside Europe flat rate shipping is €7 - For all countries outside Serbia and Europe, flat rate shipping is €25 Please see our shipping page for more information




Do you design customised prints?


Yes! Check out our personalised name and birth prints here, or feel free to contact us if you have another colour option in mind- we'd love to help!




Do you sell framed prints?

How will my product be packaged?


We make every effort to ensure your products are packaged carefully and arrive in perfect condition. All A4 and A3 prints are shipped flat, in rigid envelopes designed to prevent bending to ensure your print arrives safely. All 50 x 70 posters are carefully rolled and placed in tough mailing tubes. Lunch notes, Happy Mail and other stationery items will be shipped in a cardboard mailer box or padded mailer bag. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us and we will arrange for it to be replaced, where appropriate.
